VISION SCREENING PROGRAM 视力筛查项目

In 2012, the Foundation collaborated with the Hong Kong Polytechnic University School of Optometry to conduct the first free eye examination to students in rural Xinjiang. Since then, the Foundation has helped more than 10,000 students in rural Xinjiang and Guangxi achieve better vision. Through our collaboration with governments, schools and hospitals, we have come to better understand how the restoration of sight can help children and teenagers learn better and excel, leading to better opportunities in life.

自2012年起，杨元龙基金在新疆启动“明眸计划”，为偏远地区儿童进行免费提供视力筛查和配镜活动。通过项目的深入开展，我们更加体会到健康的视力对学龄儿童和青少年学习的重要性。拥有好视力，才能拥有一个更好的未来。更重要的是，现有的医疗技术足以解决目前的视力问题。然而，资源和物流成为了关键因素。
