TEACHERS TO TEACHERS TRAINING PROGRAM T2T 老师培训项目

 

Hotchkiss School is a private school founded in 1891 in Connecticut, U.S. and has students coming from 34 countries outside of U.S.. This is an educational and cultural exchange programme which started in 2014, whereby the Hotchkiss team of teaching staff and students spend 2 weeks in Gaoming providing training to over 130 local teachers. The Hotchkiss team shares with the participating teachers about their creative pedagogy in teaching English, how to motivate students’ learning as well as how teachers can keep themselves motivated.

 

基金会自2013开始举办T2T老师培训项目，邀请美国著名高校Hotchkiss School霍奇斯学校老师团队到广东及桂林，与偏远地区老师进行培训、教育及文化交流。培训项目范围包括老师与学生之间的沟通模式、教学理念、如何推动学生学习、老师如何自我鼓励等议题进行互动式讨论，还有文化交流活动。过去7年超过600名桂林和广东的老师参与这项目。2020年受新冠病毒疫情影响，我们很庆幸，项目仍然能够通过网上平台把两地的老师联系起来。
